Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

All of our t-shirts are made on the Bella+Canvas 3001 (100% cotton, unisex jersey) and run true to size with a retail fit. Measure yourself and compare to the flat measurements below:

Size tolerance: ±1.5 in. Measurements are taken flat across the chest (width) and from the shoulder seam to hem (length).

Our Yoga Dad Hoodie and all our Hoodies are made on the Gildan 18500 (50% cotton / 50% polyester, medium-heavy fabric) and also runs true to size with a classic fit:

Are these unisex?

Yes. All of our t-shirts and hoodies use a classic unisex retail fit — not a boxy oversized cut and not a slim women's cut. They are designed to look good on everyone. If you prefer a looser fit, size up.

Care Instructions

How do I wash my t-shirt?

  • Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F)
  • Non-chlorine bleach only, as needed
  • Tumble dry on low heat
  • Iron, steam, or dry on medium heat
  • Do not dry clean

How do I wash my Hoodie?

Turning garments inside out before washing helps preserve print quality and color vibrancy over time.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?

Our apparel is produced on demand, which connects to print-on-demand facilities with a focus on USA manufacturing. After you place your order, allow 2–7 business days for production before your item ships. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Are items made to order?

Yes — every piece is printed after your order is placed. We do not hold pre-printed inventory. This means your item is made specifically for you, which also means we cannot hold items or guarantee stock of a particular size-color combination if a variant shows as unavailable.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because items are made to order, we are not able to accept returns for sizing preference or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number — we will make it right.

Exchanges are handled case by case. Please contact us before returning anything so we can advise on the best path forward.

Choosing Colors

How do I choose between color options?

Each product page shows the available colors for that design. A few tips:

  • Lighter bases (White, Soft Cream) generally show artwork and text with the most brightness and contrast.
  • Mid-tones (Asphalt, Heather Olive, Army, Autumn, Heather Mauve, Dark Grey Heather) offer a more muted, lived-in look that pairs well with earthy or neutral wardrobes.
  • Deep tones (Black, Navy, Team Purple) make lighter artwork elements pop and are versatile year-round.

Colors on screen can vary slightly from printed output. If you have questions about a specific colorway, get in touch and we are happy to help.
