Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All ready-made orders placed are processed and dispatched within 5-10 business days. 

Custom made and/or originals are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.  Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction.  Depending on the custom product, allow for 90-120 days creation time prior to shipping.  We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
